At the start of the movie, James Bond has to break into the military base inside the dam. To do this, he cuts into the metal with a laser. However, if you look closely, the laser is not aligned with where the cut is taking place. Oops.
I can't believe this. It's true but God, you think they would have got it right, being a close up and all!!!

Yeah, it's definitely clear that the metal was being cut from the other side, and James' gun was just a light. You'd think they would do that shot better, or just not make it a close-up.
