On the first scene of the episode "Relics", Data is telling Picard and Riker of some strange readings at the helm in the front of the bride. After the ship shakes, Picard asks for a report. Yet, when he does this, you see him and Riker walking down from the back of the bridge. Somebody wasn't paying attention!
