When Cleo Mcdowell is showing Akeem and Semi around his resteraunt on their first day of work, they start outside at the front window. Upon entering the resteraunt Cleo bumps into the back of Louie Anderson causing him to spill a milk shake. If you watch Louie in this scene instead of Cleo you will see Louie waiting to throw the shake, antcipating the hit in the back way too early, he could actually have put the lid on about 30 sec. before he was hit from behind. A small slip, but there non the less.
