At the end of the movie when Buttercup jumps out of Prince Humperdink's window. When Fezzik catches her, if you look closely you can see the platform she jumped from at the top of the screen.
Yeah...watch the dvd and listen to director commentary...he admits it, not too much of a slip-up then...they couldn't do anything about it. And the both fall out the window.
