Go to the scene were Josh and Cooper are stealing the files. After the security guard sees Cooper, he starts running and the security guard catches the rope. After Cooper loses the guard, he makes his exit through a window. Watch the window closely: it falls shut a split second before Cooper jumps through it. Looks like maybe the window was open and at the last second, the crew realized this and shut it.
