In the scene where Sarah Michelle Gellar gets tossed through the door, stabbed and tossed off the roof, If you pay really close attention right before she is stabbed in the back the first time you can see a giant bloodstain on the back of her shirt. The stain wasn't there when she went through the door because she went through face first. I guess her injuries appear before they actually happen.
