In the very first episode of Captain Scarlet, Scarlet is a bad guy

and has kidnapped the President. He is being chased up the ramp of

what looks like a multi-storey car park.

As he's going up the ramp, you see the view from his car window, and

shadows from the middle pillars are projected onto the wall on the left

of him, the sun being on the right of the screen. But he keeps going

up, and the shadows stay in front of the car.

This would only happen if the car was staying still, and the car park

revolving.
