Towards the end when Admiral Graham radios the Sting-ray for the second time, Nitro tells Captain Dodge, that it's General Graham. General is a rank in the U.S. Army, not in the Navy. Somebody screwed up.

He is also a little "tickle" wired, painted on pirates beard, chickens tied to his shoulders, acting as an electric wire to make the radio work. OK so I've seen this one too many times!
