When the Lisbon's and Trip Fontane are sitting at the couch watching TV, watch the table in front of Trip. When you first see them he doesn't have a glass of pop then suddenly there is one that is full, and then the girl asks him if he wants more pop and he says sure and it shows a half empty glass of pop being filled by her. Then as he is leaving, the glass of pop is gone again!
I went through the movie and if you look carefully, in that scene, Trip was wearing black trousers/jeans. He held the pop in his hand, below waist and therefore, the pop cannot be seen. That explains why the pop disappeared.
