In the scene where the Bolshevik guy throws the bomb in the window and Sandy runs to attack him, The Asp runs up and supposedly kicks the guy. If you look carefully though, you'll see he really doesn't kick him! He misses his face by inches and then they just added the sound affects!
Once again I refuse to call this a slip-up! Did you expect the guy to ACTUALLY kick him? People never actually kick on another in movies, at least not on purpose anyway. I consider this a poorly composed camera angle, but certainly not a slip-up, a slip-up would be if the guy HAD actually been kicked and lost a tooth or something.
