After the Indiana Jones and Gang survive the fall in the rubber raft, there is a shot of the plane they had escaped from crashing into the mountainside. BUT...the explosion takes place before the plane even makes contact with the mountain. Yes, it's not a big deal, but it is hilariously careless of the special effects people.
