In the old opening sequence, the vacuum spits dirt all over Angelica. Then, when you're looking through DiDi's eyes at Tommy and the crew, Angelica is perfect, besides brushing her dress a little. Plus her trademark dress and spotted stockings are on, when in the shot before she had on a big floppy coat and a bone in her mouth. Oops!
In the show's defense, there's a chance--although a small one--that maybe it is not a series of events in order but rather a montage of events that happened throughout the day... probably not, but there's a possibility that would explain it.
