In one of the last scenes when Chris is about to shoot SSgt. Barnes(Tom Berenger) we see this mistake. In the first shot, we see Barnes with his shirt up some and has some rather large holes in it. They cut away to Chris with the gun then back to Barnes and his shirt is whole again and completely covering his stomach. Then Chris shoots...
