When Barbara goes out of the house, she falls into the orange sand which stains her clothes. A few scenes later, the stains have disappeared. What happened to them?
Seeing as how she is a ghost, there are numerous possibilities. First, anything solid would pass right through her to begin with, so the sand would've also. Therefore, the sand was never really on her dress.
Second, how exactly do you wash ghost clothes? Since they are wearing the same outfits for the rest of eternity (or whatever) I would hope they are self cleaning.

Well they was different ghosts, because not everything solid passed through them.. the sheets for example. They stayed on.

Dude, you contradicted yourself. You said earlier that they were talking about how after you were dead, you didn't change, and you wanted to know why there weren't bloated blah blah blah... The 'stains' were sand and they disappeared because she didn't have those stains on her dress when she died

Didn't Beetlejuice ask Barbara if she had been to Saturn because her dress had yellow stains on it?

Beetlejuice noticed that there was yellow sand in her hair, not on her dress.
