In the scene where Patch is playing around in the "fold-up" bed, and the "head - guy" comes in to find him doing this.

Patch gets off the bed and walks over to him. Then he goes on about how "laughter can make you healthy" thing.

His shoes don't squeak when he walks over to him, but they do once he's done talking to him and leaves the room. I believe Patch would've walked at least 4 times to get over to this guy. That is without a doubt a slipup.
