When Tom Hanks is visiting his fathers boat, he pours them two martinis as they talk about his dad's ex-girlfriends and wives. You see Tom pouring one and the other is already full. Then the camera shows just the father then back to Tom. When it goes back to Tom, he is poring the same glass again.
There are two other submissions on this, but you need to watch it in slow-motion if you're not getting it cause it's easy to see. He mixes and pours the drinks fine - remember, it's a martini, so it's as clear as water. After putting an onion in the drink to his right, he puts an olive in the drink to his left. After a cut-away, it shows him again putting an olive in the drink to his left. It's a slip-up, because the glass does not end up with two olives. Check out Chapter 27 on DVD.
