In the scene just after Jackie has the grenade put in his mouth and gets taped up, he does a front flip over a roulette table using his hands.

The only problem is that his hands were taped together, and you can clearly see he seperates his hands to execute the flip.

In the next scene, you see him make a big deal about how he's still all taped up - including his hands!
