In the scene where Harry tries to shoot the bad guy, and misses all six shots, the bad guy shoots him. But the mistake is when the bad guy shoots him, the slide on the gun is all the way back, which means the gun is empty. But in the next scene, the slide is foward again.
What??? the bad guy(Nicholas) shoots Harry but Harry is wearing a bullet proof vest. Then Harry tries to shoot the bad guy. THEN misses all six shots. THEN the police come in.
first, nicholas shoots harry a few times and we can see that his gun is empty. after harry jumps up and misses all 6 shots and nicholas starts to aim again, thats when we see his gun is loaded again
This is common in movies, if you look for it you will see it all the time. Prop masters only put the minimum number of blanks in a weapon as called for in the scene. This is for safety - remember, most actors have no clue about using weapons. So the actor shoots his scripted two rounds, and the slide locks back, usually only visible for a split second. Next scene, the prop master has reloaded for them and the slide is closed.
