When the Inspector and doctor are dancing at the party, Dr. Claw asks to cut in. He then pulls out a cigarette, and searches for a lighter. Gadget pops open his thumb, and a flame comes out, when they cut to the next scene, you can clearly see somebody holding a lighter!
