In the episode where Sandy is getting ready to hibernate, Sponge Bob throws himself at Sandy's feet and rips his nose off. In the next shot, his nose is back.
That's because he's a sponge. Sponges can regenerate pieces that come off of their body. If you've ever seen any other episode, you'll notice that if an arm is pulled off, or he's split in half, he just re-grows whatever was detached. Not a slip-up.

This is fake because stuff like this happens all the time. People get injured and get their tail cut off, explode into a million pieces, etc. and in the next scene, they look normal. IT'S COMEDY. Get a life and a sense of humor!

O.K. Ever seen loony toons? They always get blown up and stuff and in the next shot they're back to normal. NOT a slip-up
