Go to the mythology section of the movie, when the pegasuses are leading the little ones around. They take the little pegasuses to a lake and they all jump in. A few of them obviously change colors when they pop back up. I thought maybe the water was supposed to be magical, but then I saw a few of them don't change color at all. It's very obvious and has bothered me for a long time.
