In the episode when Dr. Zoidberg fights Fry at his mating time for the woman, when Fry gives the speech and Zoidberg cuts off his arm, he turns and in the next shot his T-Shirt is tied over the stump of his arm. There was only about a second between it being not tied and tied, he could never do it in that time!
