Amber Spyglass, The (Philip Pullman) - Can't See Kirjava?
On page 506, hard-back, Serafina tells Mary people in Mary/Will's world can't see Mary or Will's daemon's. This make sense with Mary's Daemon, but since in Mary/Will's world people could see Lyra's daemon, and Will's daemon is now like Lyra's, shouldn't they be able to see Will's?
Maybe the only reason they can see Lyra's daemon and not Will's is probably she is from another world,and for all they know Lyra's daemon is just a pet.
I thought that they could see Will's daemon at the end. After they get seperated at the dock to go to the world of the dead, they find thier daemons again. When Lyra and Will finally see their daemons agian they are in the form of cats and are in trouble so the kids go to grab them and take them into another world but they have the shock of holding one another's daemons.
