In the scene towards the end of the movie after the old guy's daughter has been bitten, she is laying on the ground and as she rolls her neck towards the side that she was supposedly bite on there is nothing but bare skin.
When she's lying on the ground the bite marks are very obvious. If there was anything to question, it would be when she stood up. It's harder to see if the bite marks are there or not. She is bringing her hand to her neck at that point though so it's conceivable that her hand is covering them. On the ground though they are definitely there. This is all assuming the part being mentioned is right after she sees Dracula's vision of his and Christ's death.
How about where Simon gets "bitten"? At first you see teeth marks, yet if she didn't really bite him at all, there STILL shouldn't be anything there, regardless of what the director was trying to fool us into thinking. Especially since there was so much less blood on his neck when Lucy noticed it.
