Almost Famous - Post-It Notes
Check out the seen where "the enemy" is in the bathtub going over his notes. Penny Lane walks in to the bathroom to do her business, and "the enemy" jumps out of the bathtub in disbelief, knocking all of the papers on the edge of the bathtub on the floor. In the next scene where he is standing up talking to Penny, look in the background; all of the papers are back on the edge of the bathtub. Pretty noticeable slip-up if you ask me.

Is it just me? Or were post-it notes not released until later on, too?? (Taken from the 3-M website)"Timeline: 1980 - 1989...A 3M scientist used an adhesive that didn't stick to create "temporarily permanent" book markers -- and a whole new product category. Post-it® Notes became a worldwide best seller." So that's a slip-up in itself :)

Actually, those weren't Post-it notes. In the Bootleg DVD Commentary, Cameron Crowe states those were torn up pieces of legal paper-- a practice which he actually used to do.
