In the episode where Spongebob and Patrick go to the Jellyfishing convention and Spongebob leaves Squidward in charge of taking care of Gary, Squidward sits out laying in the sun for the whole three day weekend, forgetting about Gary. When Spongebob and Patrick come back, they find Gary very weak and sick. Spongebob calls in a Snail doctor and the doctor instructs Sponge bob to inject Snail Plasma into Gary to cure him. Since Spongebob is 'squeamish' he asks Squidward to do it, Squidward accepts and they argue and rumble around until finally Squidward accidently injects Spongebob with the Snail Plasma. Squidward insures that nothing will happen and leaves. Later on, Spongebob slowly turns into a snail and when he begins to lose his arms, his left arm disapears and Spongebob says something like, "Well, at least I'm left-handed." But it was his left arm that disappeared!
