On the episode of Third Rock From the Sun in which Dick does jury duty, there is a mistake. There is a trial that is going to be held the next day and the judge tells everyone to be there at 8 a.m. When everyone arrives the next day, and the trial begins, the judge says good afternoon. 8 a.m. is not the afternoon!

it isn't really a slip-up because, the comment in question, could have been made after the lunch recess. also, in my business, I have the habit of saying, good-evening whenever I come to a table, whatever the time, it is just an unbreakable happit, so the judge may have this habit
