101 Dalmations (Cartoon Version) - Pongo the Ventriloquist
In the movie, close to the end at the part where they are all on the truck, when the puppy flies off and Pongo grabs him, it shows Pongo's mouth with a puppy tail in it. Pongo's mouth doesn't move but you can hear "Purdy! Watch out!" like he's saying Purdy caught the puppy.
If you watch carefully just before the close up of the puppy, the Dalmatian that caught the him was wearing a blue collar, Purdy wears the blue one and Pongo wears the red one.
I just watched this scene, and if you watch carefully, you can see Pongo say her name. When she goes to catch the puppy, look at Pongo on the right side of the screen. You can see him same her name very quickly.
