OK. What you need to do is watch the "All Growed Up" special of "Rugrats". About midway through, Tommy has been grounded and his friends are busting him out. When the door opens, Susie is in the way and says "You guys think I don't know when you're up to something?". Then it cuts to the gang on the floor. Phil is over at the far left, and if you look closely, his jacket is the standard red/pink one, not the black one he intended on wearing to the Emica concert. Then when Susie says "Whatever it is, you'd better count me in!". You can see Phil again, and the jacket is back to the intentional black.

This is one of those small bloopers that you must watch VERY closely or catch with aid of a VCR.
