About 10 minutes into the movie, Steve & Doug are in line to get into the Roxbury (their lion!). As they tell their Emilio Estevez story over and over, progressing through the line, their food changes. First Doug has a goldfish box, then it's gone & Steve has an ice cream, then neither guy has any, then it's ice cream, & then the goldfish are there again once they reach the front!
It wasn't a slip up!They were showing them at the front,middle, and end of the line.At the front of the line Doug was eating gold fish, in the middle Steve was eating ice cream, and at the end they didn't have anything.The movie people were just showning that Doug and Steve were in line so long that they had time to go get food.They switched between times to give you the parts of the Emilio speech.
