This slip-up occurred in wrestle-mania 15, and Michael Cole is talking about the impending main event(The WWF title match) and he says something like 'and on the night we have a new WWF champion' pretty big slip-up I would say!!!

He was talking about another belt not the (then) heavyweight championship....
We also have the IC belts the tag team belts the Harcore belt the womens belt the European belt
Nathan, the poster is right. This is Michael Cole's infamous slipup where he in a promo for (I believe) merchandise, he references the "new WWF champion".
It's not like anyone really thought Rock was going to win anyway.
