In the scene where Lady is telling Jacques and Trusty about how Jim Dear and Darling are acting strangely, just before they tell her that Darling is going to have a baby, watch the color of the fur around lady's eyes. First, the circles around her eyes are lighter in color than the rest of the fur, then they instantly turn the same color, and I believe remain the same color through the rest of the movie.
