In the episode of "Ruthless" go to the part of the mirror house. Check after Helga slaps herself, saying "he touched me!" Brainy should walk into the room. They look at the mirrors of him, and all but the middle mirror are wrong! They have him backwards except for the very middle mirror, which is correct. If you watch Brainy when they zoom out, the mirrors don't change and neither does Brainy's direction.
