In the episode where Glen is not there, (they have a fake body next to Tom with a monitor with Glen's head on it), there are two mugs on Tom's table, a blue one and a green one. However, in the next shot, the green mug magically disappears, and in the very next shot, it is back!
I know it is broadcast live, but what I want to know is, what happened to the mug, and why didn't the people watching it on TV get to see it? (in case you are wondering, I am the one who wrote the slip-up)
This information is very fascinating, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE MISSING MUG! If he was running live, then how could the mug go 'walkers'? And so my point is, how could this be a slipup? Somebody please confirm with me if this is physically impossible during the creation of a live episode; a director yells cut, redoes the scene, somebody drinks; thus it's disappearance, then after the edit, someone notices the mug disappearing during the whole production of the live episode. Something is not quite right here. Was this really filmed live? I missed the episode. Darn!
The Tom Green Show on MTV was NEVER live. It was taped weeks in advance and edited. The Tom Green Show on Canadian Public Access WAS live, but not the MTV show. You just caught an editing mistake
what does he have a fear of? Bacillophobia = Fear of Microbes...Misophobia/mysophobia = Fear of being contaminated with germs or dirt...Verminophobia = Fear of germs
Just because shows are filmed in front of a live audience doesn't mean they appear live. They are filmed, edited for content and time. Just because there are people watching the filming doesn't mean that there aren't things that happen that we never see. The people on the show take breaks, forget lines, bust up laughing and all sorts of different things.
