Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back - Sorry, Lord Vader, He's Not Dead Yet
When Darth Vader kills Captain Needa as punishment for letting the Millennium Falcon escape, two guards grab his body and drag it out. If you look closely, you can see him push himself up with his legs, even though he's supposed to be dead.

Please people. Lord Vader only choked him out. Although imcompetent, He was a valuable cog in the machine that was the empire. He was probably reassigned at a later date.
