I found two things I think are slip-ups in the episode "Blood". In the episode, an insecticide sprayed on crops causes people in the town to hallucinate and kill. The mistakes occur during the scenes with the ex-post office worker. Here they are.

1. While he is hallucinating, he looks at several TV's displayed in a store. He sees many terrifying images, like bombs and wars. While this images are moving very quickly, you can see the reflection from these images on his outfit. But wait. If he is hallucinating, you wouldn't actually see these images on his clothes. This could have been easily avoided.

2. Next, this same man goes crazy and takes a gun to the top of this really tall tower. He begins to shoot at innocent victims who are attending a blood drive down below. When the camera is in the tower showing the man shooting, he isn't even pointing his gun down to the ground. He is shooting straight out in mid-air. This is a pretty big mistake.
