Throughout the movie, keep your eye on Miss Alaska. In the first part of the film, the actress is a tall, blonde woman. However, later in the film, she is replaced by a short brunette! You will also notice that the two actresses switch back and forth throughout the movie. Pretty big mistake if you ask me!
I haven't been able to catch this. Every time I've seen Alaska it has been a shorter dark haired woman. Is it just POSSIBLE that you are confusing Nebraska with Alaska (seeing just the "ASKA" on the sash)? Nebraska is a tall blond woman. That just seems more likely to me than making such a glaring mistake.
They only had fourty actresses to potray fifty states. The director already admits to moving them around in the DVD comentary. No one usually pays that close of attention to someone in the background.
