Dinosaur - Grass, Dinosaurs, All Wrong

I have picked up a couple of things that should NOT have happened in this movie, but still did.

1> There was no grass in the time of the dinosaurs, believe it or not, yet around the start of the movie, and at the end, there still WAS grass. Very bad.

2> All through the movie had all sorts of different dinosaurs in the same place in the same period of time, and some weren't meant to be there! Eg. there were some Allosaurs and Triceratops at the same time, this did not happen, they were millions of years apart!
