Not much of a slipup. That scene has a lapse in time. I don't know about your hygiene habits, but if my hands were that disgusting and I was preparing for making whoopie, I'd definitely take a shower first.
Once again, Burak, Your slipups are inconclusive. When you use the pottery wheel, you wet your hands in normal water. THATS WATER, THE STUFF YOU DRINK. Without it, you cannot manipulate the clay with efficiency, and it can harden in some places. During the creation of a pot you put more water on your hands. This cleans off previous clay stains on your hands. Then you continue working on the pot. Duh!
The poster of this slip-up is correct. Matrix_Forensics_Laboratories, you did not understand what this person was saying. Molly was working on her pottery hands covered in clay, actually covered in clay pretty much to her elbows. Sam comes over and gets all covered in clay with her and they start kissing and getting all hot and heavy. The very next scene their arms are both perfectly clean. Slip-up. Sara Jo, would it really make sense for two people getting all in the mood to stop, run and take showers, and come back to the same position they were in wearing the same clothes and continue? This is a slip-up. There is no lapse in time. Unchained Melody was playing in the background the whole time and when the scene ends with them on the couch, the jukebox is shown removing the record because the song has ended. Unchained melody is not long enough for two people to have the time to take a shower. Slip-up.
