Go to the scene where Anna is packing all her things up and is about to leave Williams house. As she storms downstairs her shirt is unbuttoned. Then it shows Spike looking out the window. Then it cuts back to Anna and William, and her shirt is buttoned! There is no way she could have done up all the buttons in this space of time!!
