Due to the fact that this slipup involves the ending of the game Chrono Trigger. Since some people who read this might not have beaten this certain ending, I will be leaving "spoiler space" to give you, the reader, an attempt to go "back" before I post.

During the hardest ending of Chrono Trigger, you talk to many of the game's developers, via the use of enemy creatures in the game. While many of the creatures are bosses, none of them are coded to attack you as they are in the game. Except for one. One of them (whose avatar in this ending is the 2300 ad Boss Sir Krawlie) attacks you afterwards. This is is slipup due to the makers of the game admitting it was a screw up.
