Watch the part of the episode where Binky is by the river with Buster. When the camera is on Binky, his face is normal. Then, when it goes back to him, his face is kind of a white-brown. Then, when it goes back to him again, his face is normal. Now either there was a carnival or something in between lines and Binky got his face painted, or this is a slip-up.
