In the video "You Remind Me of a Girl that I Once Knew", right before Usher pulls down the stairs and climbs in, he throws his jacket in the garbage. A few scenes after, he is wearing it!
It's obvious they're two different jackets for two reasons: 1: They're different colors! One is brown, one is black. Two: He changes outfits each time he comes in or out of a new place.
