When raccoons sneak into the puppy robbers car and mangle with the engine, etc. Raccoons are not in the United Kingdom - but being an American film, it was obviously not realized.
Oh come on! Just because it was an American film doesn't mean the producer did not realize there were racoons in the UK! It was most likely put there to see if you would catch it-and by the way, you're in the wrong movie. The racoons tampered with the car in "101 Dalmations" which came before "102" Also, if you want to nit pick, there are many zoos in Britain, and the racoons could have been escapees. Just a thought.
