When Demi Moore's character is cutting Beavis' pants to put the virus into it, she begins cutting the seam with the edge of the knife facing one way but when she takes the knife out of the seam, the edge of the knife is facing the opposite direction.
Along with the knife, notice where she inserts the virus pack. She puts the pack on the INSIDE of the pants, but she is shown sewing the OUTSIDE of the pants.
