Near the end, just when John tells the cops that the wired roof is a double cross, and the terrorist hits the walkie talkie out of his hand, a large fight scene between the two characters breaks out. The fight ends with John wrapping a chain around the terrorist's neck and pushing him into a wall. If you watch closely, you can easily see that the actor starts to "choke" well before the chain is around his neck.
