This is about the taxi that hits the dumpster that eventually almost runs into Mary. Before it hits the dumpster, you see a shot of the yellow cab and then the driver eating an ice cream cone... yet when the shot goes back out, the cab is red. We know it is the driver because they show him rubbing his neck like he just hurt it.
Actually if you watch the movie the cab is only shown when it hits the dumpster and afterwards when the guy is rubbing his neck. The cab that is shown before is yellow, but it is also going the opposite direction and is carrying a passenger which suggests that that would not be the same cab and wasn't suppose to be considered to be.
