When Bryan is singing the line "I'm laughing with my friends", and Shane and Kian are jumping about, if you look just in front of Shane, you can see a director or producer person . Surely they should have spotted this!

I've circled the director guy......and dont tell me hes a westlife guy cuz he's too bald to be 20 something which was how old hey guys were when this vid was shot...	it's true !! i circled him !!
