In the scene where Carol is discussing with her mother whether or not she should accept help from Melvin she is at first wearing heavy checked shirt - the camera moves to her mother and them back to Carol and, hey presto, she's now wearing a black t-shirt!!
I just watched this part in the movie, "As Good As It Gets." The person who submitted this slip-up was obviously not paying very much attention when they called it a blooper. In the beginning of the conversation where Carol is talking to her mother about accepting Melvin's gift, Carol does start off wearing a large checkered shirt. As they are still talking Carol walks to another part of the room, and clear as day takes off that shirt to reveal the black shirt underneath. You even see her carry it across the room. Whoever submitted this had better look closer next time.
