When the scarab beetle up through the inside of the chubby guys arm (after he started taking gold scarab beetles off the wall one drops and becomes real) our hero pulls out his knife, rips the guy's shirt, and stabs the scarab beetle and pulls it out. This leaves the guy's shirt torn. In the next scene his shirt is completely intact!
